“Hi, I'm Kumudini, founder of Neel Studios. We look at a space, understand how it needs to work, and then transform it around the people who use it.”
Kumudini is an interior designer by profession and a Space Transformation Specialist. She has delivered residential and commercial projects across Pune, including offices, schools, cafés, flats and bungalows. Her approach starts with understanding what a space needs to become, then rethinking its layout, character and function around the people who use it.
Kedar Gawade
Civil Engineer, Co-founder
Kedar is a civil engineer who has worked with renowned builders in Pune, handling projects end to end — from planning through execution. As co-founder of Neel Studios, he brings that execution discipline to every transformation, so what's designed is what actually gets built.
Philosophy
Space Transformation.
Neel Studios doesn't start from a style or a mood board. We start with the space as it exists, work out how it needs to function for the people using it, and then plan, visualise and — where engaged for execution — build that transformation. It's the same process for a home or a business: Measure, Rethink, Plan, Visualise, Transform.
